Martin Dolfi
Founder & Managing Partner
Martin is Founder and Managing Partner of Beliade. He has been charting the firm's growth trajectory since its launch in 2015. Martin leads the firm’s overall growth strategy, investment sourcing and portfolio management. He works closely alongside the firm’s 50 portfolio brands across four funds and serves on the board of several companies including Coterie and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream among others. With a career journey that spans over two decades, Martin has leveraged his multifaceted experiences as an entrepreneur, executive, and investor to deliver returns for Beliade’s fund investors.
Prior to founding Beliade in 2015, Martin was one an executive at the Creative Artists Agency (CAA), a global entertainment agency, where he was responsible for leading business development transactions for consumer brands. Prior to CAA, Martin began his career in investment banking and later private equity.

Whitney Williams
Partner & CFO
Whitney is Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Beliade and brings over a decade of institutional experience in accounting, finance, and operations across both private and public markets. Before joining Beliade, Whitney was a key figure at Lendlease in Nashville. There, she was a driving force behind establishing the U.S. master planned communities' business, showcasing her ability to spearhead major projects. Prior to Lendlease, Whitney was Real Estate Tax Advisor at Och Ziff where she was responsible for financial and accounting oversight of its $3 billion real estate platform as well as the firm’s energy and credit businesses. Previously, Whitney was a member of the Tax Transaction Group at Tishman Speyer, a renowned real estate firm in New York City.
Whitney holds both a B.S. and a MAcc degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee. In her spare time, Whitney enjoys spending time outdoors at the lake, exploring the evolving restaurant scene in Nashville and cheering for the Tennessee Vols.

Bill Schultz
Partner
Bill is a Partner at Beliade, infusing the team with his expertise stemming from a decade-long career in institutional investing. He possesses an intricate understanding of the retail and consumer sectors, attributes that are instrumental in shaping the firm's investment approach. Prior to Beliade, Bill served as Vice President of Global Investment Research at Goldman Sachs. Here, he led financial research of the US Branded Apparel and Specialty Retail sector. Prior to Investment Research, he was a part of Goldman's International Equity Sales team driving equity-based strategies for US-based hedge funds and institutional asset managers. Bill later joined WeWork as Head of Finance for the company’s Tristate region, which was the company’s largest global territory at the time.
Bill has a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from Penn State University. In his spare time he enjoys weightlifting, fly fishing, guitar, landscape photography, traveling and reading.
